There’s no doubt that each of us come here with our traumas. But each of us are so much more than just our personal story. The challenge lies in prioritizing self-care in a world that demands so much from us every day, all day.
Do You Sense There is So Much Bliss that Yearns to Wake Up in Your Body?
Do you know there is so much love and aliveness that longs to live through you and radiate from you?
We women are a unique embodiment of the Divine Feminine and the Divine Masculine, living out the cosmic dance and love affair of the universe.
We are forces of nature with bodies that are biologically designed for pleasure.
The practices that I share in my teachings are a bridge. A bridge to connect our wildness to our sacredness and our sexuality to our spirituality.
They give us the permission that we never fucking needed to shine the one-of-a-kind essence… otherwise known as the Shakti, the Divine Feminine, that lives within each and every one of us.
These practices are keys to accessing our superpowers.

When she learns the power of prioritizing self-care, the world around her changes.
A common sentiment I frequently hear is that there’s just not enough time or energy. There are just too many things to get done.
When you’re exhausted it’s hard to be interested in sex.
Why Do You Think This Is?
- Do you have an energy deficit?
- Are you resentful of your partner because you’re doing all the housework?
- Is the world just too crazy these days to make space for sexy time?
- Are you bored?
- Are your hormones in hiding because perimenopause or menopause is just around the corner?
Sometimes life is just a lot! I get it.
I personally know how difficult it is to make space for myself in my own life at times. And I KNOW the benefits of the practices.
I know I’m speaking to the choir here. But we must prioritize self-care.
How High is Your Level of Sexual Desire Right Now?
I know that you are all busy working professionals. I imagine many of you are moms. And I’d like to ask y’all a quick question.
I invite to close your eyes and drop into your body and take a snapshot. How would you rate your desire in this moment? We’ll use a Scale of 1-10 with 10 being you’re about to orgasm, and 1 being you can’t feel anything from the neck down?
Hold on to that number for now, and keep reading.
How Do We Even Begin to Prioritize Self-Care?
The bottom line is that you MUST create downtime to recharge.
It’s also important to ask someone to hold space for you when you need it.
Prioritizing self care looks like this:
- Honor your body as a temple.
- Respect your menstrual cycle by taking Yin days—which are essentially sexual health days.
- Slow down and have introspective quiet time during your heavy bleed days.
- Even if you’re past the age of bleeding, you still have a cyclical rhythm and need rest days.
One Key Is to Use Mini Practices Throughout Your Day
If you create three 10-minute slots you just made space for a half-hour of practice.
Even three 10 second mini-practices can make a big difference!
- Begin to get in touch with what makes you feel your body on a regular basis.
- Sensual and sexual pleasure can be as simple as the sun on your face or your feet in the grass.
- Stop thinking the joy of your body doesn’t really matter. It’s so important!
- For those of you who are partnered, begin gifting moments of micro affections. Show some love to your person!
Radical Self-Acceptance is So Key On this Journey
We are deeply touched by revealing and sharing with each other. When we feel safe, we open up and show ourselves fully.
We all have the same basic need to be seen, heard, accepted, and understood. When we don’t feel seen we can shut down, over-shop overeat, over-medicate and we look for intimacy elsewhere.
As lady bosses, you are running the show. You’re the CEO and in the trenches making your business a success.
And the biggest desire killer I see in strong women is not being able to shift from the masculine go-go-go mode to sacred, sensual feminine.
It’s impossible for most of us to go from boss lady to sex kitten, zero to sixty in 2.07 seconds.
You’re not a Tesla.
We All Need Transitions
When we are being decisive, assertive, and taking action we are in our masculine. And if we have a masculine partner this will kill sexual chemistry.
We need to create bridges to shapeshift.
Some of My Go-To Transition Practices Are:
- Grounding, or Earthing
- Being out in nature
- Sacred dance
- Salt baths
- Even changing outfits can make a huge difference
Ask Yourself, What Can I Do To Open?
How can I be more in feminine flow? How do I surrender more fully and deeply to my sexuality?
We want to get completely out of our heads, so find a way to SLOW DOWN!
Find your wild woman.
