Matcha Green Tea Longevity Latte

I originally received this recipe from Dr. AXE but I have modified it to supercharge the anti-aging properties

Green Tea is packed with flavonoid, polyphenol and catechin antioxidants, making it one of the best anti-aging drinks out there. Drinking green tea regularly promotes better health and longevity because it works to reduce inflammation and oxidative stress that leads to so many health issues.

INGREDIENTS:
• 1½ cups organic almond or coconut milk
• 1 teaspoon ceremonial-grade matcha
• 1 scoop collagen powder
• 1 teaspoon MTC oil.
• 2 teaspoons organic coconut butter
• 1–2 teaspoons monk fruit or maple syrup (optional*)

DIRECTIONS:
1. In a small pot, warm the milk.
2. In a blender, add the milk and all the other ingredients.
3. Blend on high until well-combined.
4. Top with cinnamon, serve and enjoy!
